Born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico, I've spent more than 20 years in sales, building relationships based on transparency and excellent customer service. My commitment is always to ensure a smooth, satisfying experience for everyone I work with. My colleagues often say it's like watching a game of dominoes—I make sure every piece connects perfectly. Outside of work, I love spending time with my girlfriend and my two kids. I find balance in running, enjoy friendly discussions on how to make the perfect Old Fashioned, smoke a good cigar and occasionally get lost in a good video game. Enjoy boxing and have fond memories of Las Vegas. I speak both English and Spanish fluently. I’m passionate about helping others, and I pride myself on honesty and a good sense of humor. I’m also a big customer service believer.

Very BAD. He will approach you being charismatic, creating rapport but the reality is he will try to lure you into a deal that it only favors the dealship financial interests anf NEVER the customer satisfaction. As you guys say in your white dashboard: "PERSISTANCE OVER COMES RESISTANCE" meaning persist with all your strenghts until you trick your customers. You care little about customers and care everything about sales!

Luis was extremely helpful and gave my husband and I such a pleasant stress-free experience. He was very professional, empathetic and made us feel like we were friends or family that he was assisting. The team that assisted us at VW Sanford is amazing they made sure we were informed and comfortable at all times. There was no pressure like you have to deal with at other dealerships. I left feeling like a made a GREAT decision rather than blindsided and wondering why and having questions about what I paid/am paying for.
