My problem isn’t with Jeremy. It is with the Volkswagen culture. The dash lighting up with a Christmas tree is considered the norm. The fact the car has had this condition for six months. Being told it is a normal situation shows the culture of the VW organization. A shop fee of $30 on an oil change is nuts.
