We had a pleasant experience throughout the whole process. Our kids were with us, which is always difficult, but everyone was very nice and understanding, even played soccer with them inside to keep them occupied while we did paperwork. Thanks for all your help, will recommend!

Our experience with Jean was outstanding. Jean was very professional, knowledgeable, great listener, personable, he took the time to explain and work within our guidelines with leasing a vehicle. He was very patient not a pushy salesperson because of his demeanor and presentation we got a VW Tiguan. Jean was very friendly and helpful. He made the test drive enjoyable and the buying process smooth. The reason I gave a nine is because connecting for post-sale questions has been difficult. I made my requests known to the staff and have not received a call back since submitting them 3 days ago. I tried calling the dealership and was continually routed back to the main answering service. During my final attempt it appeared I was being put through, but after 20ish rings I gave up.
