About Jacob
When you want a service advisor with patience, automotive experience, and dedication to ensuring you're comfortable with the decisions you make at the dealership, please stop by and see me! I joined this incredible team in March 2020, and I look forward to additional years of learning about the industry and meeting more fantastic customers, colleagues, managers, and community members. Outside the dealership, I enjoy playing video games, shooting pool, dungeons and dragons, and other creative endeavors—a big fan of Star Wars. My skills include playing the guitar, harmonica, kalimba, and whistling to my bird (Brian). My wife is also a fantastic artist who loves helping people find their creative outlet. I work with the ASPCA and help my mother with community service in her retirement. One of my other favorite pastimes is traveling. I was born in England and lived in Belgium, Germany, Portugal, England, Gainesville, and now the Shark Bite Capital of the world, New Smyrna Beach. I also studied at the University of Florida. I bring a hard work ethic, true professionalism, and a positive attitude to the dealership daily. My colleagues and friends would call me technology-driven and speak on their appreciation of me taking the time to ensure everyone understands how to use the resources at their disposal!

Terrible. He never called me the first time to tell me what they found with my car. Claimed to have text me but I never received a text. So he said he would call when my car was ready and never did. They had to order a part to complete the repair and the second time I never heard from them all day that my car was ready. So imagine my surprise when I got there and it was ready both times.
