I'm a customer-focused Service Advisor with 2-3 years of experience in the Panhandle area, most recently at Volkswagen of Sanford. I'm originally from Fort Walton Beach, a graduate of Fort Walton Beach High School. I'm a team player who enjoys helping people and always strives to be honest and transparent with customers. My passion is taking care of customers, even if it means extra hours. I've worked on several all-star teams throughout my life and am ambidextrous. Outside of work, I enjoy 3D pen creations, playing soccer and Guitar Hero, and I am a fan of Star Wars, the Green Bay Packers, and the Lord of the Rings. I've also been to a few events in Boston and the Bahamas. I'm happy to chat about kids, cars, geeky things, or food – pretty much anything! Customer satisfaction is my top priority.

Great service

Collin is doig a ood job, but Roxie has not been replaced and he has a hard time doing his job and replacing her. So most of the time he cannot answer de calls and we have to book the appointment on line. Which is not good. I went to my appointment this morning and as I could not say wich type of repair I needed I went and they did not have the part. It is urgent to hire one person to answer the phone for appointments. Also, I had an oil change, I was the 1st appointment and still I had to wait 2H30.

This was my first experience with Collin. He was pleasant, informative about the service. Just wished they would have checked my tire pressure. Once I left the dealership, the low pressure light came on and I had to go place air in my tires. Overall it was a good service visit.

Appointment at 9:45. Returned at 12:30, and oil change hadn’t even started. Had to sit for another hour. Multiple people tried to sell me a car in spite of my reply text that I was not interested in any way. My time and feedback was not valued or respected in any way.
