I had a great experience at the 20k maintenance and oil change. Alex had everything setup, that once I arrived they took the car back to service and it was ready a short time later.

Alex was not the reason for the lower score, he did his job professionally. My issue was I made an appointment online, and when I got there he couldn't find it. He still got me in for my oil change. I thought maybe I didn't complete something during the scheduling process. When I got home not only did I find the confirmation email, but another email telling me I missed my appointment.
